Thermostatic faucet

Thermostatic faucet can also be called thermostatic faucet or thermostatic faucet. Its role is to automatically mix cold and hot water into warm water at a predetermined temperature.

The first hot and cold water faucet was a double-handle mixer. The user needs to turn the knob to control the inflow of cold water and hot water, and mix them into warm water with the required temperature. The second-generation hot and cold water mixer is a single-lever mixer, the core of which is a ceramic chip temperature control valve core, and the user can swing the handle left and right to adjust the mixing. However, when the water pressure of hot or cold water changes suddenly, or the temperature of hot water changes suddenly, the above two mixing faucets must be manually operated to readjust the water temperature.

The thermostatic faucet can automatically balance the water pressure of cold water and hot water in a short time through the valve core of the thermostatic adjustment valve with the faucet, to maintain the stability of the outlet temperature, and no manual adjustment is required at all.

Another thermostatic valve core uses a shape memory alloy (SMA) spring.

Shape memory alloy spring is the core component of SMA thermostatic valve. A shape memory alloy spring made of a nickel-titanium alloy changes its shape by adjusting the temperature of the warm water after mixing, thereby driving the piston to adjust the mixing ratio of hot and cold water. SMA thermostatic valve core has fast response speed and extremely high sensitivity around 40 ℃, which can meet the user's stepless fine-tuning requirements. At present, Japanese manufacturers mainly use this type of thermostatic valve core.
