Product description
Nickel round wire is made by melting nickel and titanium in a ratio of approximately 50%. It has shape memory characteristics; it deforms under stress at low temperatures and recovers its original shape when heated to a specific temperature. It can be used to make intelligent temperature control components, such as temperature control springs for greenhouse ventilation windows. Its superelasticity is outstanding; it can withstand large deformations and recover its original shape. In the field of orthodontic treatment, the archwires made of nickel round wire can gently and durably correct teeth, reducing patient discomfort. This alloy wire has good biocompatibility, is compatible with human tissues, does not cause adverse reactions, and is suitable for manufacturing vascular stents, guidewires, and other implantable medical devices. In addition, nickel round wire also has excellent corrosion resistance and can remain stable in various complex environments, extending the service life of related products.

Remarks
1. Driving with a DC power supply requires two stages of current: the first is a larger current for rapid contraction of the muscle wire, and the second is a smaller current to maintain the phase transition temperature of the muscle wire.
2. The cooling speed is based on cooling with a stable airflow at room temperature of 25°C.
