Commonly used heat shrinkable ring materials currently include PVC, PE, PP, and PVDC, as well as OPS, PET, EVA, PA, and polyolefins. Today, let's talk about the applications of heat shrinkable rings. If you're interested, keep reading!

PVC heat shrinkable rings have advantages such as low shrinkage temperature, wide range, strong shrinkage force, fast speed, and high transparency. Soft PVC unidirectional shrink film tubes are mainly used for multi-piece packaging of small packaged foods. Semi-rigid heat shrinkable ring tubes can be used for heat shrinkable sealing of bottle caps, and can also be made into heat shrinkable labels. Bi-directional shrink PVC film can be used for shrink packaging of fresh fruits and vegetables. PP Heat shrinkable rings They have excellent gloss and transparency, good packaging appearance, oil resistance, moisture resistance, and strong shrinkage, but the shrinkage temperature is high and the range is narrow. This shrink film is widely used in the shrink packaging of various foods and can meet the needs of various packaging forms. Our company adheres to using good materials to make good products, taking responsibility for our customers, prioritizing customers, and creating a win-win situation. We consistently maintain high-quality service, adding successful colors to thousands of consumer and industrial products, gaining widespread recognition in the industry, and achieving a win-win vision with our partners.

Heat shrinkable rings It has advantages such as good heat sealing, high sealing strength, high impact strength, moisture resistance, and low price. Other heat shrinkable rings, such as PVDC heat shrinkable rings, are mainly used for sausage casing packaging. PET and OPS shrink films are usually used as shrink labels on food packaging. PA heat shrinkable rings can also be used for shrink packaging of meat products. PET and PA shrink films, as high-performance packaging materials, have high strength, good barrier properties, and high prices.

Heat shrinkable rings are made by stretching polymer sheets or tubes at a temperature above the softening point to orient the polymer chains, and then fixing this orientation by cooling. When using heat shrinkable rings, simply wrap the item with this film, then heat it to the stretching temperature, and the film will shrink, releasing the stress and energy stored during stretching. The shrinkage rate of the film is determined by the degree of stretching during the orientation process, and is also related to the composition of the polymer and the process conditions during production. The total shrinkage rate of heat shrinkable rings can reach 15% to 80%, while general use only requires 15% to 30%. The shrinkage rate of oddly shaped products needs to reach more than 50%. Generally, shrink films with balanced longitudinal and transverse shrinkage rates are required, but for tubular items and shrink label film packaging, only unidirectional shrinkage is required.

The development prospects of the heat shrinkable ring industry are very good because it brings many benefits to enterprises during use, so it is deeply favored by customers. The above are some related knowledge points, hoping to help many people. We will have more content updates later, welcome to check them out.
