  Titanium NiTinol shape memory alloy is composed of 56% NiTinol and 44% titanium. It has a magical shape memory effect, super elasticity, fatigue resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and good biocompatibility. In the 1980s, medical titanium NiTinol shape memory alloy was successfully implanted into the human body, and was called "magic metal" by the industry. The deformation temperature of NITI shape memory alloy is between zero and five degrees, and the recovery temperature is around 37℃. In other words, if the alloy is deformed, it can recover its original shape simply by putting it into a water pool. In the case of fracture fixation, although heating at body temperature or hot saline wet compress can restore the shape, due to the limitation of the bone to the material, dynamic and continuous pressure or clamping force can be generated at the fracture end to stabilize the fracture recovery. China's basic research on titanium NiTinol alloy memory materials lags behind foreign countries, but it is in a leading position internationally in clinical application research.
